How long does it take to ship?
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing.
We ship Priority Mail through the USPS once your order has been processed.

Can I place an order and pick it up in the store?
Yes!  In most cases your order will be ready by the following business day.  However, depending on the number of orders received in a day we ask that you allow up to two business days for processing.  You will receive email notification once it is available for pick up.

Are reservations required for Bead It Events?
Yes!  Reservations are required and are non-refundable as space is limited.  All events will begin promptly at specified times.  Door will open 30 minutes prior to the start time to avoid late arrivals.  Food and drink are not welcome unless otherwise specified.

How do I care for my Bead It Jewelry?
To avoid damaging or dulling costume jewelry, do not use jewelry cleaner or soak the jewelry in water.  When dressing, we recommend that you put jewelry on last in order to avoid the damaging effects of hair spray and/or perfume.  A gentle polishing cloth is recommended for occasional cleaning. 
**All costume jewelry requires special treatment, therefore handle with care and avoid water, shampoo and perfume.**
